With over 14 years of executive search experience, Julia has successfully recruited senior leaders for some of the most prominent and innovative tech startups, as well as the most respected F500 companies.

Julia specializes in Digital Transformation engagements, Product Management and  Engineering searches, and GTM roles for both consumer and enterprise tech. Julia lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two sons. She is a community organizer, enjoying wine tastings, dinner party hosting, adventure-seeking, and is a fierce advocate for growth and transformation in every aspect, from concrete innovation to personal milestones.

Stephanie is a globally experienced, relationship-driven tech and executive recruiter with over a decade of success building high-impact teams across fast-growing startups, enterprise organizations, and top-tier management consulting firms.

She began her career on the agency side, leading full-cycle searches for Silicon Valley tech startups and F500 companies, gaining a strong foundation in technical recruiting and high-growth environments.

Since then, she’s led internal recruiting functions, managed teams, implemented scalable TA systems, and trained interviewers to run efficient, equitable, and high-quality processes. Stephanie specializes hiring in the consulting and tech space, with expertise spanning Engineering, Strategy Consulting, Operations, and GTM. Based in the Philadelphia area, Stephanie is also a proud girl mom who spends many weekends at dance competitions and recitals. She’s equally passionate about home renovation, interior design, and staying active.
